A Unique Opportunity
Management Skills for Wildlife Conservation (MSWC), a USA based not-for-profit, is funding 20 places on a bespoke Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) for conservation managers.
For more than 10 years, LAMP—led by Allan Ward of Forward Consulting—has shaped leadership and management skills for conservation teams across East Africa, and for a decade before that, for corporate teams in the UK, Europe, and Africa.
This bespoke LAMP for managers in conservation will be an intensive, demanding, and practical program designed for those committed to strengthening their leadership and management skills and multiplying their impact for conservation in Africa.
What to Expect
- 9 days of interactive, hands-on, learning directed towards delivery of existing conservation projects
- An energising mastermind environment of 20 committed peers
- Delivered in 4 modules over 3 months in Nanyuki, Laikipia County (Sept-Dec 2025) (Module 1 – 3 days, Modules 2, 3 & 4 – 2 days)

How to Apply
MSWC funding will cover all training fees and materials. Participants will be required to cover venue costs for the 9 training days (a total of approx. 32,000 KES per person).
